Ingredients:
Tahini – 100 gm
Almond flour – 125gm
Maple syrup – 80 ml
Baking soda – ¼ teaspoon
Sea Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Almond extract – ⅛ teaspoon
Mix sesame seeds – ¼ cup
Take a large bowl, add everything (except sesame seeds), almond flour, tahini, maple syrup, baking soda, sea salt, almond extract. Mix it well with each other.
Remember that you don’t over-mix it, just make a rough dough.

Take a small portion of dough just like a small scoop of it and roll it into a ball with your hands. Now, coat it with sesame seeds mixture and gently press the cookies on a flat surface.
Refrigerate the cookies for 20 minutes before baking.
Preheat the oven at 180°C. Place the cookies on a baking sheet, spread them out on equal di
stance, and bake the cookies at 170°C for about 10-12 mins. Allow cookies to cool down on the
baking Sheet for some time before transferring them.
