Dragon Fruit Smoothie

A perfect Dragon Fruit smoothie bowl is  made with a creamy blend of dragon fruit, coconut yogurt and blackberries. To keep this dragon fruit smoothie recipe vegan,  you can use a  non dairy yogurt. Dragon fruits usually have a  mild taste, while magenta dragon fruit is sweeter than the white one so it is preferred that the smoothie is prepared using Magenta dragon fruit.

Ingredients 

Frozen coconut yoghurt -1/2 cups
Frozen Dragon fruit (magenta) -1 (peel and chop before freezing)
Frozen blackberries -1/2 cup
Maple syrup- 1 tbsp ( optional)

For serving and garnishing

Kiwi -1

Chia seed – 1 tbsp (soaked)
Dry roasted Coconut – 1 tbsp
BlueBerries – 1/4 cup
Walnut toasted -1/4 cup

Add the frozen dragon fruit, frozen blackberries, honey, coconut and yoghurt in a high-speed blender.  Blend the mixture until it’s very smooth.  Serve in a bowl mixed with kiwi, chia seed, walnut, coconut and blueberries.
