This homemade bread is extremely healthy. It’s made with healthy ingredients like whole wheat, jaggery, olive oil and is completely eggless. The texture of this bread is extremely beautiful and the aroma of cinnamon makes it irresistible which makes it the perfect substitute of white bread.

Ingredients
Whole wheat – 2 2/1 cups
Baking powder- 2 tsp
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder- 1 tsp
Buttermilk- 3/4 cup
Mashed ripe banana- 1 1/2 cups
Jaggery powder- 1/2 cup
Light Olive oil -1/ 4 cup
Caramel chocolate toffees – 8-10
First, preheat the oven at 185 C. Then, grease the bread tin. Sieve the dry ingredients together and keep aside.
Now, mix oil and jaggery powder very well for 2-3 minutes , then add mashed banana and mix again.
Next, add buttermilk and mix well.
Now gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture. Don’t over mix. Fold some chopped caramel chocolate chunks.
Transfer the batter and bake it at 185C for 32-35 minutes. Your Cinnamon and whole wheat banana bread is ready.
